Dear All, need experts help.. please do suggest what should i do.

I m lodging my aussie student visa for the intake of feb 2009. Currently my brother is an aussie national and next month he will be getting Australian Passport. My sister in law is australian. For few years my brother lived illegal in Australia and after that he got married and got PR. He went to Australia on Buisness visa. Now when i m applying for my student visa my consultants are saying that if u show ur brother, your visa will get refused as your brother breached the law and they will assume that u will do the same. Kindly suggest what should i do? i m really very confused. Should i show my brother while applying for visa or not? Please give ur advices.. i m really looking forward to ur suggestions

Bro,
Just check with ur agent regarding this.. Cos I have no idea... And moreover U shouldn't had said all those things to ur agent... I dont think so it will be an issue, as ur brother has got a PR now. According to me to be on the safer side, its better u get ready with another sponser. If ur visa get stuck one time, even if u arrange another sponser later, they will again recheck everything if they gte any doubt....

I feel its better u arrange any other sponser .....

Hi bro,

Yes it is true that there is no need for stamping as its a e-visa.. U just need to carry a copy of ur visa, COE, Offer letter from Uni along with ur passport when U R travelling. Thats more than enough.. I know this cos mine is also e-visa.

You are always welcome.
Take care

Hi Bro,
Even I feel the same.. U should get it within this month end.. Try to put some pressure on ur agent. Ask them to contact immi.. As i told U earlier the if U apply for the dependent visa along with urs, it usually takes time. But U should get it with this month as U have applied earlier itself..

All the best...

hi rajath!

I'm about to lodge my student visa application myself. I dont know how to document in a good way. I've the complete list of documents required to be attached. How should i send the documents to embassy so they can easily browse through them?

Should i use some file and put documents in and provide an index at the start? while each document should be separately labeled?
