want to do m.eng. in automation engineering

hay,
i m munna from Bangladesh. i ve done my B.SC. in mechanical engineering. i am now doing job as an automation engineer in a multinational company. but i want to do my masters on my job relevant field such as control engineering, mechanical engineering or automation engineering or mechatronics.
the problem is my cgpa. i ve nt done well in my B.SC. its just 2.89.
i dont want to stop here. i want to study more.
please give some information about some engineering school which suitable for me. also 1 thing i can spent 15000$ - 18000$.
plz guide me in right direction.
