Ahhh..Slater and Gordon...the bulldogs of the industry as they claim in their advertisements...lol. Their chain of thought is spot on.....academic results is important but nowadays, the search for the right person is more on character and resourcefulness. And I am sure they would be able to find these gems amongst those from rural or otherwise considered not so reputable unis.

Even the government is adopting the search whereby character, attitude, and resourcefulness are the key hallmarks for employability. This is certainly so where selection of graduate nurses from universities are concerned. Good luck everyone.
